Kim Crawford Spitfire Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough– This small parcel Sauvignon gets its Spitfire name from a famous site in Marlborough that was used as an air force base during World War 2. The vineyard makes outstanding quality Sauvignon grapes. A hugely pronounced nose of passion fruit and grapefruit. The palate has fantastic balance of rich tropical flavours and the zingy acidity.

Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough– Pioneering winemaker Kevin Judd directed the first 25 vintages of icon winery Cloudy Bay. He named his new label of wines after the river stones found in the Marlborough bedrock and soils of the vineyard. Highly perfumed notes of pink grapefruit, nectarine, lemon zest with background hints of jasmine and elderflower. The palate is mouth-filling with gooseberry and passion fruit.

Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough– Established in 1985, Cloudy Bay was one of the first five winemakers to venture into Marlborough. It is now one of the most recognised brands for quality from New Zealand. Gooseberry, juicy stone fruit and lemongrass take centre stage on the nose. The palate crisp acidity with hints of tropical fruit and minerality.
