Bouchard Finlayson “Crocodile`s Lair” Chardonnay, Overberg– The Crocodiles Lair vineyard is located 700m above sea level, the grapes ripen a month later than other Cape Chardonnays and benefits enormously from cool autumn temperatures. Rich in flavour with a distinctive mineral quality. Lots of melon with green apple and slight vanilla tones achieved from the French oak maturation.

Bouchard Finlayson Blanc de Mer, Walker Bay – This unique blend uses a large proportion of Riesling which is scarcely grown in the Cape. Translated as ‘white of the sea’, taking its name from the proximity to sea and the white whales that visit there. Very rich with complex tones of peaches, roses and melon. A firm mouthfeel with a notable core of minerality.

Bouchard Finlayson “Hannibal” – Bouchard Finlayson’s Hannibal blend was originally prompted by the classic taste and palate of Italian varieties: Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. Bright fruit with firm acidity provides a taut wine with more than adequate tannin structure. Flavours are rich black plum with strawberry undertones followed by subtle hints of French oak barrel maturation.
